I wish I could give the zero stars. During my visit I had a good experience other than the fact that they couldn't get their computers up and I had to wait forever. I saw the NP for a wellness visit and while in the office she asked me questions to make casual conversation. We talked about how I was getting married and laughed about similar experiences and how stressful it is to plan a wedding. I left feeling like I had finally for a family physician in my new hometown. Later I get a bill for $81 for a headache...the billing department argued that because I was seen for more than a wellness visit that's why I was charged. Because we talked about how I was feeling stressed with the upcoming wedding. So FYI to anyone going here for a wellness visit just sit there, shut up, and don't make small talk or you might be charged for it. Very disappointed. If they try to nickle and dime me for a headache there is no telling what else they might try to sneak in your billing and charge you for.
