i am pleased with Dr. Phelan. He is compassionate, a good listener and easy to talk to. He doesn’t keep you waiting long and takes his time when addressing my health and concerns. I love the office staff. Everyone is friendly and the environment is relaxing. The Wellness Program is the best. I highly recommended him.
