I am a Registered Dietitian, with over 20 years experience! I discovered that I had Celiac Disease in 2010. My 12 year old son also has been determined to have Celiac Disease. Learning how to take care of my body and guide my son to wellness, along with learning how to prepare healthy gluten free, dairy free, soy-free, peanut-free meals has been a challenging but rewarding journey. It is my desire to use my personal experience combined with my training to help guide you to healthy and healing eating habits.Areas of speciality include but are not limited to: Celiac Disease, various Gastrointestinal Disorders, Food Allergies and Intolerances, Behavioral Health, Anxiety and Depression, Heart Healthy and Weight Loss.
