As a member of Sears Methodist Retirement System, Inc., Mesa Springs is part of one of the largest not-for-profit providers of senior housing and health care in the state of Texas. System-wide, SMRS serves more than 1,500 residents on 11 campuses. Our mission is to serve the needs of seniors. It drives everything we do. In 2012, SMRS partnered with Life Care Services (LCS) to improve in all aspects of senior living. LCS creates living experiences that enhance the lives of seniors. They’re talented, dedicated professionals who truly care about residents, with each conducting his or her work with integrity, honesty and transparency according to the principles of LCS.
