Simena Quality Care is proud to serve the Vancouver, Washington area with a specialized assisted care living. The intimate setting allows residents to transition quickly into the new home. Our maximum capacity is 6 residents. We provide a safe environment for AlzheimerÆs and dementia patients. We realize how difficult the decision is to place your family member or loved one and that is why we provide the home type setting. Our bedrooms provide the privacy of an individual home and a shared bathroom. Our well-trained staff will provide the proper amount of care for each resident. The residents are observed each day and evaluated to insure they have no changes in the amount of care needed. Elderly residents need to hold on to their dignity and we strive every day to allow that. We will provide personal care assistance including foot care, toilet assistance, sitting, standing, and getting out of bed, medication management, catheter management and disease maintenance. Residents at Simenia are provided three meals and snacks per day. We will adhere to any special dietary needs of our residents including low sodium, low sugar, vegetarian and ethnic meals. We also provide housekeeping and laundry services. We have had many residents who have diabetes so our staff can adjust the meals and timings to fit the individual needs of these patients. Simena Quality Care also provides temporary residency to patients who need short term or respite care. We understand the challenges of caring for a loved one at home and respite care can allow the break you need to continue the provided care.
