Gentiva’s Orthopedic Services program specializes in home physical therapy for patients who have had bone or joint replacement surgery with a continuity of care that begins before surgery and continues through the patient’s hospital stay and discharge. Our program was developed in collaboration with more than 200 orthopedic surgeons.
