The services Smiling Faces Personal Care Home (“Smiling Faces”) provides are comfortable independent living spaces for the clients aged between 20 and 80 years old. Personal services will be provided to an individual who needs help with essential activities of daily living. These essential activities of daily living will include assistance with eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and supervision of medications.
Smiling Faces will provide lodging, meals and assistance with daily living activities.
Smiling Faces will cater to 2-3 residents. Each resident will have their own bedroom which contains a queen sized bed, arm chair and television. The living room will be accessible to resident to watch T.V. also. The resident will have their own bathroom which has a tub/shower, sink and vanity space.
The care Smiling Faces provides is always supervised by a licensed nursing assistant which includes the following:
•Comfortable private and semi-private rooms
•1-3 home-cooked meals daily
•Housekeeping and laundry service
•Medication management
•Arrange transportation to doctor’s appointments and social activities
