At Angelic Manor, we strive to provide a home-style environment for our residents. We offer the perfect solution for those who do not wish to, or cannot live on their own. We believe, it is a higher calling from God Himself, to provide a safe, loving family atmosphere where residents are free to come and go as they please, live the life that they choose...all with the security and assistance of a trained and California State Certified care-giver. We truly go the extra step to ensure quality of life!

Angelic Manor was founded by Zeny Williams after spending several years volunteering at nursing homes in Missouri and California. Zeny soon realized that this was her calling in life, and with the support of her husband Bob, and the generous and endless support of her large family (one of Zeny's sisters also owns and operates a RCFE), set about to create and provide an assisted living situation that would provide a "home" feel for your loved ones. Zeny and Bob believe that life is to be lived and cherished to the fullest of one's ability, no matter the age.
