Dr. Duffy has studied under some of the leading experts in the world providing "Modern Day Chiropractic". His well rounded back round started with his B.S. in Exercise Science. He would go on to become a certified Health Fitness Instructor by the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) which is the gold standard for exercise protocols for both healthy and diseased populations. Dr. Duffy has provided exercise prescription from those in cardiac rehabilitation to helping professional athletes achieve peak performance.
Dr. Duffy is the first doctor in the State of New Jersey to be affiliated with Concerned Parents of Young Athletes (CPOYA.com) which is an organization that focuses on the treatment and prevention of injuries, especially at the middle and high school level. His patients not only aprreciate the one on one management of their care, but also for his impeccable bedside manner. Treatment is only aspect of the total package that Dr. Duffy delivers. When one is injured they need counseling to help manage the psychology of the injury so that patients regain the confidence to return to their normal activity level. Dr. Duffy helps his patients understand their strengths and how to work on their weaknesses inside and out of the office so that they can continue to manage their condition on their own once released from care. Dr. Duffy is a graduate of the Spine Research Institute of San Diego (SRISD.com) program of Whiplash and Brain Traumatology. As a graduate Dr. Duffy has helped countless victims involved in auto accidents receive the most evidence based treatment available. With his knowledge and professional experience, Dr. Duffy has helped attorneys through his thorough documentation and ability to reconstruct the accident in question. This is of great importance when trying to prove to a 3rd party the chain of events that occurred as the result of an accident. Using the latest research and professional experience with treating soft tissue injuries, Dr. Duffy is able to prove the severity and long-term effects of injuries sustained by the victim.
