Jamie is here to help clients of all ages who struggle with food issues from anorexia, bulimia, binge/emotional eating to medical issues such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure. She also enjoys working with athletes on eating for performance & strength while keeping a healthy relationship with food.
Jamie is known as an excellent listener who provides thorough evaluation, helps clients set realistic and attainable goals & maintain motivation to reach those goals. She is skilled in providing evidence-based dietary interventions and helps her clients produce positive, action-driven results.
Available to meeting with clients individually, Jamie also provides consultations & education for concerned parents and caregivers.
