I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist specializing in sports nutrition and general healthy eating. I work with athletes and active youth/adults seeking to maximize their sport or workout performance using nutrition as the ultimate body fuel. Running, biking, soccer, football, wrestling, lacrosse, boxing, MMA, just working out at the gym.... name your sport and I can help you excel at your game through proper nutrition. I also specialize in overall healthy eating as a better way of life.
I am currently an adjunct professor of nutrition at Long Island University - CW Post campus. My past experience includes: clinical nutrition at Long Island Jewish, private nutrition counseling in endocrinology, and sports nutrition counseling at Personal Training Institute.
My interest in sports nutrition is professional and personal. I've been a runner for 18 years and completed both half and full marathons where I learned firsthand the importance of proper fueling.
