"I have an eclectic approach to massage, integrating Eastern and Western traditions into a customized session. I work from the heart chakra, and there is deep relaxation in all my treatments, even when doing deeper work. Incorporateing deep tissue and Swedish massage, trigger point and cranio-sacral therapy, reflexology, qi gong, myofascial release, structural integration, or energy work, I also provide pre- and post-natal massage. Chair massage is available at your event or business for an hourly rate - see RATES page and call or email with your specific needs and goals.

I have been meditating for over 30 years and have completed the Asian Classics Institute’s 18 Formal Courses in Buddhist studies at Wisdom's Heart in Gloucester, MA. I teach on spiritual growth, Buddhism and mindfulness meditation. Private and group meditation instruction is available."
