How I perform counseling & therapy has evolved over the years, but one thing has not changed, which is my deep respect and compassion for individuals, couples and families. I find my effectiveness in therapy not only comes from my training, but often more importantly it is in the way of helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and helping develop a therapeutic trusting relationship which can provide the support for making important life changes in situations such as when they are faced with anxiety, depression, couples conflict, addiction or other issues.

My approach is focused on promoting your insight about why you think, feel and react the way you do, to support you to take advantage of your own skills and potential and to guide you on taking care of your emotional needs and wounds that are not allowing you to mindfully and gently take good care of your life and your relationships with others. ​ ​

I was completely satisfied with the time I wisely spent talking to this counselor. They helped me so much; I would go back in a heartbeat. This provider is the best I've found. I'm sure they'll keep researching and trying everything they think will work until we get my issues resolved. All of my questions were answered completely thoroughly.
