Years of living and learning go into each session I spend with you. I understand stress! I listen. I explain what paths I see that could lead you to a better relationship with your body, and how I can help you get there. We all have a story to share. We echo one another.
My healing journey began when diagnosed with hashimoto's disease in 2003. Since then, I've been passionate about healing my body and in the process, empowering others to heal & nurture themselves. My work is not limited to humans; I'm a kind ambassador to the animal world as well, especially horses. As a Reiki Master, with Tibetan and Egyptian attunements, and number twelve in the Reiki lineage, I use this modality to assist animals and humans alike.
