My goal in therapy is to facilitate the learning of new coping skills to result in a new way of living and a more satisfying and productive life for my clients. I am a client-focused therapist who believes a strong relationship between the therapist and the client is essential to success. I work utilizing a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Strengths Based, Narrative, and Solution Focused perspectives to identify the needs of clients, establish goals, and reach a desired outcome.
