I had an appointment for foot and ankle pain. The assistant took a long history from me, the doctor came in the room without even greeting me and asked the assistant what my concerns were. The assistant got it about 75% right and then argued with me when I tried to repeat what I had actually said.
Then, without warning and asking permission, they both started cutting my nails! I was not there for that and didn't want it. The doctor cut one toe, at which point I said 'STOP'.
Don't get me started on the little dog that nearly bit my finger in the hallway - which belonged to the assistant.
Terrible listener, disrespectful treatment. UGH - go somewhere else.
