They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
