They seem to make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to and address every question or concern I may have. Their office was mostly well organized and clean. I could tell they took time making sure it was presentable. I would never recommend this podiatrist to anyone. My experience was awful. I was glad that the appointment went so well. I was quite satisfied that I invested the time and money. The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. 070914: I found the receptionist to be offensively rude and condescending. She degraded me - thinking I would not pay cash as agreed to with Dr. Chapman.
