Kelly at the front desk is the worst. She’s argumentative and has a hard time understanding the most common sense questions.
I agree with the other reviews that say how they over charge and then never really give you a sense that you’ll be healthy. Big bucks for them to tell you that you’re not well even if you feel great.

This group will do some basic lab work, bill you over $7,000 and drain your HSA account by billing multiple smaller amounts that fall beneath a normal threshold so that they automatically get paid before you can review the excessive charges. Probably getting kickbacks from the lab doing the inflated billings. They are a fraud and you better beware before using this practice. Would give zero stars but that is not an option
