I visited this place with my wife. I have no complaints about the doctor. But the staff, they are the worst kind I encountered in my experience in any medical facility.
The front desk: The lady at the font desk if rude, impatient to explain the charges, impatient to listen from patients. Unethical billing. Like they charge you upfront based on your insurance and have to pay the bill in the office. After the deductibles from insurance bill is less than they charged you, then you have to explain they to get back the difference in money.
The Lab assistants: First the lab assistant and her trainee cam in. Started scanning, taking measurements. Gave the gender of the baby. OK then started their chatter. The senior assistant was training the new woman, no courtesy to say anything about baby health, abt well doing.... nothing. They both kept on doing this. Then Dr Hassan came, he was little better than them. He inquired about my wife health, started explain some of the scan images and importantly was talking to us.
This happened for our both visits. No we are not going there again, and will not recommend my friends.
