They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
