Their staff is very friendly and professional. Only one experience with a particular staff left me annoyed, but I haven't seen that staff working in that office since. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. Our conversations are collaborative about my treatment. He answered all my questions and gave me his honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Dr. Hofman in particular remembered my mother, who accompanied me to an appointment after surgery. Dr. Hofman is so thoughtful and amazingly sweet. He is an absolute expert in the field and uses up to date technology. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. I really appreciate Dr. Hofman's high level of customer service. His full attention is on me, he doesn't take personal calls during my appointment, and if further testing is needed, like an ultrasound, he (not the office staff) calls to set up an appointment, sometimes on the same day. It is very obvious that he truly cares about his patients. I am so glad and relieved to have found such a great physician.
