Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional.
