The sacramento office doesn't rate any stars. A 00 IS MORE LIKE IT, trying to get through on the phone is imposable. only time you get a person is when you hit five for billing. Its a hit and a miss when they call to reorder supplies. This time they sent a new mask and head band, but the two mew cushions are not for the frame that they sent. I am an old man and don't want to listen to five minutes of options just to get another recording Is anyone else having the same problems

The Sacramento Office are the most rude and unprofessional personnel I have encountered. I am an elderly person and I was rudely interrupted several times from asking a question regarding a recent supply order and a new supply order from my treating physician. I was told, "I'm only calling you about your new supply order, not an order you have all ready received." Mitch is the only employee you should be proud of. All the
others need to be fired and the company should not have a problem
hiring employees who know how to be respectful, efficient and kind to
