They are good once you are able to connect with them, but I have to make several phone call attempts before I get a call back...as well as then actually receiving my needed equipment (once ordered). Also, they are slow to reply to: messages left asking for a call for orders; shipping equipment once my order has been placed, It is not uncommon for me to wait for a call back for 2-3 weeks. Once they finally respond and I receive my order - it is usually correct--although I have had to call them back after receiving my new supplies in order to get all the filters I am supposed to have with each order. Know what you are supposed to have in each order and then check it when it arrives and call them right away to get what is missing. There are no great suppliers in this part of the country. This co. is as good as we get here.
