We recently moved to Newcomerstown, Ohio, home of Neidig Healthcare, Ltd. (AKA Mediwise) We are seniors who mail order prescription drugs because we relocate for winters, but order durable medical equipment locally. At our previous home, a local pharmacy filled an order for a diabetic blood glucose monitor and test strips. Neidig Healthcare, Ltd refused to fill the order unless we changed our monthly prescriptions for pick-up at their store -- even though Medicare has them listed as a provider for this durable medical supply with no restrictions. Though the next nearest pharmacy is 18 mi away, we will never patronize Neidig Healthcare, Ltd again.
