Poorly trained and ill motivated staff. Sold a back brace that doesn't fit an 80 year old woman. Even though a Dr and several PT staff say the brace doesn't fit the patient properly, Carolina Amputee insist it fits according to them, the seller. There is a conflict with the seller being the determiner when $$$ is what they have to lose if they must now take back this used improper brace. Do not use this company.
