The CPAP Equipment & Supplies service has declined over the past few years & the CSR's are not helpful in re-ordering supplies & have lost our RX's and account information several times. The CPAP therapist is only in the office one day a week & and will return phone calls only on that day. After 12 years, we are now researching other providers, even though they are located much further away from our home.
