Terrible customer service. Was not honest about the auto supply shipments. Said there was no waiver to opt out of auto shipment of supplies. She then miraculously finds the waiver. She then fakes a panic attack and starts crying after she was caught being dishonest. To make matters worse she says she doesn’t want to deal with me after she was caught lying. Her manager even backed her up on these lies! I would give 0 stars but didn’t have that option!
