I would never recommend them to anyone. Although the staff was friendly, their total incompetence when it comes to insurance makes them the worst choice to go to.

I told them explicitly that I did not have very much money and that I would not be able to spend very much money out-of-pocket for the cam walker boot I needed for a fracture in my foot.

I gave them my insurance card and they looked up my information. I was told that since I had met my deductible, I would only have to pay 20% of the amount charged.

Months later I received a bill from them stating that my insurance didn't cover durable medical equipment at all. I believe they lied to me at the office when I originally picked out the boot so that they could get more money.

They told me that I had to pay around $240 for a boot that I could have ordered on amazon.com for $36. I was told that the price they charged me included fitting me and teaching me how to use the product. Seriously? Over $200 to strap a velcro boot to my foot and "teach" me how to use velcro and a button to pump air into the boot?

I tried to fight the bill and they did reduce the amount to a total of $120, but I still feel completely ripped off.

My recommendation: Go anywhere else, unless you want to be way over charged.
