As a Certified Personal Leadership Development Coach, I help clients achieve their personal and professional goals by facilitating clarity through self-awareness & self-discovery, brainstorming, strategy, and accountability. I can and do coach on a multitude of things, but specialize in: core clarity (unique purpose & ultimate contribution), career & job fit, work/life balance, relationships, midlife issues, and transitions. I keep clients focused on their goals, provide feedback & encouragement, and move forward in a positive way, while overcoming patterns of self-limiting belief and counter-productive behavior, producing powerful and lasting change from the inside-out.
As a Spiritual Director, I help clients discover and respond to God’s presence and activity in their lives through intentional conversation aimed at getting into the inner workings of the soul. God is the real director, while I am more of a facilitator, pointing to God's activity on your behalf. Spiritual direction invites clients into a deeper and more authentic relationship with God, self, and others by stripping away that which encumbers, to release that which is intended. I operate under the assumption that God has always been at work calling & shaping my clients, and continues to do so with a purpose in mind; namely that they become all they were created to be, fully alive. I can and do direct on a multitude of things, but specialize in: spiritual discernment, clarifying purpose & contribution, faith in the midst of challenging circumstances, spiritual disciplines, relationships, giving & receiving forgiveness, leveraging of spiritual gifts, and confession.
