The staff is extremely unprofessional considering the money this office has made from my wife. Today (10-9-17), my wife called in and scheduled an appointment for pain she was experiencing in regards to her 3rd auto accident, as the office is aware of. At the end of July she had gotten a Cortisone injection, in which helped to suppress the paid from the accident. The effects from said injection has now worn off, and she is once again experiencing pain. When she came into the office, she was told she would have to pay for the appointment, as it has been too long since the accident. Considering she HAS ALWAYS PAID whenever the settlements with insurance have been reached, she should not have been shook down like this. ESPECIALLY specially since this office has the insurance companies information and could have called them prior to the appointment to confirm that no settlement has been reached yet, and that this is an ongoing claim. The staff did not let my wife have the appointment in which she was earlier scheduled and left the office embarrassed, in pain, and in tears. This is HIGHLY unprofessional, and neither my wife nor I will return to this establishment.
