Dr. Mitchell graduated from Humboldt State University with a major in U.S. History, and double minor in Physical Education and Psychology. He is certified as an X-Ray Supervisor and Operator, and certified in multiple Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Techniques. He is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner.
Dr. Mitchell has extensive experience in muscular skeletal disorders as a former athlete, coach, and health care provider. He uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back and/or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better overall.
Dr. Mitchell takes a "whole person" approach in chiropractic care by focusing on the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to only addressing the symptoms. Dr. Mitchell enjoys creating personalized chiropractic and wellness plans to suit each patient's individual needs.
A former high-school All-American and collegiate swimmer, Dr. Mitchell continues to swim daily, loves animals, and writes screenplays in his spare time.
