I am a massage therapist with 16 years experience! I specialize in headache, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, plantar faciitis, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, and pre/post event for athletes. I use Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Mayofacial release, and deep tissue as needed for injuries and chronic pain. I also preform relaxation massage! No massage should be painful!
