I walked out of the clinic as they did not listen to my symptoms. they changed physical therapists on me. extreem lack of communication and lack of reviewing files. i went back to my doctor in worse shape then when he sent me to therapy. I was in so much pain my doctor will not send any patients to any ossr clinic. the office staff could not figure out how to file my insurance claim. I had to help them with that. It became obvious that ossr cares more about getting paid than the health and wellfare of the paitents they are supposed to treat and evaluate.
