Run away, FAST! Therapist got upset because I couldn't do the exercises because I was having spasms in my back. She sat me in a hard wooden chair and jerked my shoulders back. I was then hurting worse. I later found out T11-T12 in my spine were broken. I never went back again. Someone who is not a doctor should not just try things on patients. They are there for just therapy.
