I was a patient for 5 days in March 2016, then again in June 2016, I had surgery and again was there 2 days. From the pre-op testing to the operating room my experience was excellent. The staff was respectful of my privacy and concerns. The staff on the 2nd floor from cleaning service, PCA's, nurses and food services was exceptional. I had a problem with my TV and the head of dept came her self to assure me all would be fixed. It's not easy being in a hospital, so when you have a staff that is kind, caring, respectful, professional and above all dedicated to the patients needs no matter how big or small, it makes you feelmore assured that you are in good hands. I would love to name everyone who went above and beyond. I will be writing a letter to the chief of staff. Younique, Marivell, among the nurses and Rosa in food services just to name a few. I do have a list of all who deserve to be recognized personally and will write. I recommend this hospital to any one who needs to be a patient and wants excellent care! God bless!
