I was directed to get physical therapy from my doctor. I had never been to physical therapy so didn't know what to expect but was greeted warmly by a woman at a desk who gave me a form to fill out once showing her my prescription. She put me immediately at ease being friendly, professional while also warm. I was given an appointment the same week. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted warmly by a woman Inna Basanskaya, who said she would be my physical therapist. Her friendly, warm manner put me at ease. I explained why I was there and she listened noting it on her laptop. She asked me questions while also answering questions I had for her.. We worked together for a month until I went to a surgeon as I hadn't gotten any x rays so was really working half blind, however, symptoms fit doctor diagnosis. To make a long story short, I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my left hip and needed hip replacement so I discussed this with my Physical Therapist who felt it was a good idea as did I if I was ever going to have a good quality of life. We ended PTuntil after I had the hip replacement surgery then I called requesting this therapist again as I worked well with her feeling in good hands under her guidance. I have confidence that she'll help get me on my feet working again.
I would absolutely recommend this place as they do ,ore than sports injury physical therapy.
The office is small but they have a large healing touch and therapy is individualized so you get more than you might at a larger facility. If you are looking for a place that is friendly, clean, I recommend you check in here.
I recommend Inna Basanskaya but I am sure all therapists here are good based on my experiences here.
