I Was referred for PT for scoliosis in early 2019. I liked the therapists and seemed to be progressing. I have insurance but was being charged $45 each time I went. I asked for a review of the charges and insurance on 3 different occasions. No change. I finally called my insurance provider to find that this center was not on my preferred provider list but even worse that was that my claim had NEVER BEEN SUBMITTED to request any coverage. My 4th and final contact before I quit going to them was with an insurance clerk who claimed I’d never been referred to them despite the fact that they called me to set up my treatment after my primary care physician referred me. Such incompetence!!! I would not refer anyone to them after this.
