The only reason I gave them 1 star is because Dr.Galina and the Monroe staff are nice.For 15 days I have been waiting for them to call me when my contacts are in(this is what the receptionist told me).
They have not called back.I have called multiple times ...either I can't get through,or I get a voice mail box telling me to leave a message.I have left messages and still no calls back.
It does not take over two weeks to order and receive contact lenses!
I would never go back or refer Dr.Galina to anyone due to his disorganized phone system and staff.
