I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. . They made an effort to be polite and courteous. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
