My approach is holistic, drawing from western psychology (especially models emphasizing the unconscious), and eastern philosophy. I work with individual teenagers, adults, as well as with couples.
I also specialize in working with artists and musicians in order to help people move beyond their creative blocks and grow into their full artistic potential.
I also utilize meditation and yoga as adjuncts to therapy, aimed at promoting mental, physical and spiritual growth.
