I always had problems trying to keep my weight off with every kind of diet that you can think of... All I knew is that all the so-called nutrition diet centers that I went to they are so not knowledgeable of anything other than reading it from a book.. I never lost weight and was very discouraging.. I researched the Internet and I found Rita.. Which I am very pleased and very happy because she is very educated and she knows exactly what she is talking about and it is proven because I have lost weight a decent amount of weight.. I will always be with Rita I have a long way to go she is very caring understanding.... And never discourages you and she always gives you good outlook on yourself when you leave.. So I highly recommend Rita.. Don’t waste your money going to other centers when you can go to Reider and have a one on one private session...
