Life rarely presents simple answers, and no singular method is suitable for solving all of them. I listen to each clients specific concerns and use that basis to determine the method best suited to helping you.

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children. I help clients suffering from a variety of issues, including marital or relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, bipolar supplementative/maintenance, time management, anger, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I utilize a wide range of treatment experience, performing assessments, crisis management, stabilization, and developing treatment plans.

In addition to traditional in-office therapy, established clients have access to both phone- and skype-based sessions.
