Services Dr. Younger graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society as one of the top medical students in his class. Dr. Younger completed Ophthalmology training at UT Southwestern and the busy Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX. He did his Internal Medicine Internship at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA and has also received his Master of Public Health degree. Dr. Younger later completed a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA and has been trained in LASIK and Refractive Cataract Surgery. He also served as Assistant Professor in the Cornea and Uveitis Division and attended to patients who required complicated corneal transplant and ocular surface disease surgeries. Dr. Younger is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the Orange County Ophthalmology Society, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the California Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
