The gym's goal is to help the community achieve its fitness goals by providing an easy access facility geared around the members busy work schedules with all the tools to help them succeed. As part of this goal a skilled set of personal trainers from Winston Salem Personal Training Inc. founded by Bobybuilding.com's trainer of the month Ryan Welborn, a native of Wilkes will be on site to help members set and achieve their goals.All membership plans are less than $1 day to make achieving your fitness goals affordable.

The club is open 24 hours and provides services to help members set and achieve their goals. This includes a wide variety of strength and cardio equipment. Personal training is available and all new members get a free personal training session to start their fitness journey. New in 2013 the club will start offering the latest in fitness classes such as Zumba and several varieties of yoga.
