The approach that I use is best described as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with special attention to each client's unique history and symptoms. This means that the therapy I provide is carefully tailored to the individual needs of the client. CBT has been shown to be effective in treating problems such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, and coping with chronic pain.
