The Heller Psychology Group LLC is a small private practice conveniently located in Bethesda, Maryland next door to the Davis Library, and down the street from Montgomery Mall. The practice is housed in a townhouse office complex with free parking right in front.

Dr. Carey Heller is a licensed psychologist. His assessment specialties include evaluations for learning disabilities, ADHD, and mood/behavioral disorders in children and adolescents. Dr. Heller's therapy specialties include work with children, adolescents, and young adults for issues including: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, depression, anxiety, and life transition issues. He also specializes in treating executive functioning issues (i.e., those related to time management, organizational, study skills) and loves to use technology (i.e., ipod/smartphone apps) to assist individuals in coping more effectively with deficits in this domain. In addition, for children and young adolescents who need active activities to help them engage in treatment, Dr. Heller uses tools such as playing catch, floor hockey, and mini golf. He will also use video games (with parent/guardian permission) if needed. Dr. Heller currently provides assessment services as well as individual therapy and ADHD/executive functioning coaching services within the context of individual treatment.
