Services I consider it a privilege to be a support and resource for clients in their most difficult times of life. I am a client-centered and strength-based therapist, meaning I collaborate with clients to set and achieve their goals at their own pace while utilizing positive psychology to build upon strengths and increase confidence. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to assist clients in becoming more mindful of how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence them and assist in changing negative patterns so they can lead a more fulfilling life.
I have a background in behavioral coaching which has given me the training and opportunity to be a support to clients while identifying and slowly confronting their most stressful situations.
