About

Diana Altstadt, Licensed Massage Therapist

As a licensed massage therapist with 18 years experience, I specialize in therapeutic massage, in which various techniques are integrated and customized based on your health history, soft tissue assessment and consultation about your needs and goals. I believe excellent communication is essential to effective massage. In addition, I work in partnership with clients and related health care providers to provide coordinated support in addressing treatment needs. I also educate people about self-care techniques they can use after the massage session in order to facilitate the healing process, attain their performance goals and improve the quality of their life.
